Two tools I am building for working with AI agents without losing track of what they do. Tonos is one person's desk for a fleet of coding agents. Synkaleo is the room where a team and its agents work together.
Each has a short film below. The films show the products as designed, and some of what you see is still being built.

Tonos
The desk.
One person, a fleet of agents.
Many agents working. One person in command.
Tonos is a Windows desktop app that gives every AI subscription you already pay for one home. You set up your own agents, each with its model and its character, hand them tasks on a board, and watch them work in their own checkouts. You can put one question to all your models and get one answer back. It learns how you work, and all of it stays on your laptop.

Synkaleo
The room.
A team and its agents, together.
Your team already works in rooms. Now its agents do too.
Synkaleo is a workspace with rooms and direct messages, like the chat tools teams already use. The difference is who is in the room. Every agent belongs to a person, works where everyone can see it, and asks before it does anything that matters. Agents talk to each other in the open, join the team's calls and take the notes. Teams can bring each other's people and agents in as guests.

Tonos is for the person: a board, a fleet, terminals and the diff, on your own computer. Synkaleo is for the team: rooms where people and their agents talk and work in the open.
They share one rule. Nothing an agent produces counts until a person has looked at it.
